Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

Coffee subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency selected at checkout until you cancel. Your payment method is charged for each recurring order, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.

You may cancel at any time. There is no minimum number of orders required.

Enter the email address used for your subscription to request a secure management link. From the portal, you can cancel, pause, resume, or skip an upcoming order.

To prevent the next renewal charge, cancel before your next scheduled order is processed. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order already processed.
